Holistic Behavioural Profiler

Our Holistic Behavioural Profiler TM(HBProTM) comprises a number of assessment areas - you can have the full assessment or we can customise the assessment to your needs. Typically, there are three key parts to your assessment: (i)
HBProTM Personality Types - This shows your generalised personality type and is accompanied by a detailed description of your personality style, character traits and how others are likely to experience you in the workplace. The four personality types we describe include the Jungian types of Extraversion vs Introversion and Thinging vs Feeling. We also relate each type to whether the person is attracted more to ideas, actions, processes and/or people.
(ii) HBProTM Personality Profile - Whilst your HBProTM Personality Type shows your general behavioural style, this profile shows a more holisitic representation of your workplace interactions across six key areas: Leading, Learning and Doing, Working, Interacting, Managing Conflict and Communicating. In this example, the person has a democratic leadership style, an sssertive communication style, a collaborative style in conflict management, is balanced between an amiable-driver in workplace interacting, is suited to work where they can integrate tasks through people and takes a pragmatic appoach to learning and doing.
(iii) HBProTM Personal Effectiveness Profiles - These profiles show how well you scored in three key areas of personal effectiveness in today’s challenging business environments: Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Motivation and Time Management.
The assessment is questionnaire-driven comprising 120 questions which takes 45minutes - 1 hour to complete, and the output is a detailed report showing summary profiles followed by detailed profiles and explanations. HBPro™ is continuously updated to include new areas of assessment to ensure the feedback is relevant in today’s working environments.
(iv) Your Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - this continues to be a popular indicator so we have included it for your records.
A Note on “Putting People into Boxes”
We do not believe that each person fits squarely into a box and can be labeled as having one of four personality styles. That would imply that there are typically four types of people on the planet which is of course absurd. Some people have very strong categorisation within a personality type and can indeed be largely described according to one type, whilst others could have a fairly even mixture of styles.
We all have a unique blend of behavioural traits that define our personality to ourselves and others. Furthermore, this blend does not remain static – as we progress through life, some aspects of our personality changes too. However, the models and constructs used in personality profiling have been well researched and provide an excellent foundation that helps us better understand our behaviours and that of others. With this insight, we can improve and enrich our communication and interaction with others, and develop our own personal improvement plans if we so wish.
