HBPro™

After researching and using several behavioural profiling tools, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, DISC and MIRO, we concluded that the feedback from these instruments is interesting but does not provide individuals with sufficient holistic insight into their behaviour and interactions at the workplace. We therefore developed our own tool, Holistic Behavioural Profiler™ (HBPro™), which is the product of over 10 years of research. HBPro™ has proven to be highly successful and has been used by over 350 managers in the UK alone. The tool can be used as a stand-alone one-off assessment, to front a coaching engagement or as part of an in-company leadership development programme.
